Anivaryam - Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Anivaryam! We are committed to delivering your fresh, pure, and high-quality wood-pressed and cold-pressed products safely to your doorstep. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time
* All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. 
* You will receive another notification with a tracking ID once your order has officially shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your products reach you in perfect condition. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
* Standard Delivery Time: It usually takes 3–7 business days for delivery across India, depending on your location.
* Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen logistics issues, weather conditions, or festive rushes. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
* Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number(s). 
* The tracking number will become active within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

4. Liquid Leakage, Damages, and Transit Issues
Since our products consist of pure oils packaged carefully to prevent issues, we take extra precautions with our boxes. However, if any mishap happens during transit:
* If you receive your parcel in a completely damaged condition or notice heavy leakage from the outer packaging, please take a clear photo or video before opening it.
* Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery at anivaryamoil@gmail.com or +91 98148-13522 with your order number and the visual proof. We will immediately review it and arrange a fresh replacement or refund as per our policies.

5. Incorrect Delivery Address / Undelivered Orders
* Customers are requested to double-check their complete shipping details, including the correct Pincode and a functional Phone Number, while placing the order. 
* We will not be responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses or if the customer is unreachable by the courier partner. In such cases, if the parcel returns to our warehouse, reshipping charges may apply.
