Anivaryam - Return and Refund Policy

At Anivaryam, we take immense pride in the purity and quality of our fresh food products, including wood-pressed oils, cold-pressed oils, ground spices, multigrain atta, and other premium flours. Because our products are natural, fresh, and perishable, we maintain a strict return and refund policy to ensure the highest health, safety, and hygiene standards.

1. No Returns (Perishable Food Items)
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns once an item has been delivered. We cannot accept food products back into our facility once they have left our controlled environment to ensure safety for all our customers.

2. Damages and Issues (Damaged during Transit / Wrong Item)
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we will make it right if there is an issue from our end. You can claim a replacement or refund only if:
* The product received is damaged or broken during transit.
* The packaging or product seal is broken upon delivery.
* You received the wrong variant or an incorrect product.

To report a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at anivaryamoil@gmail.com or +91 88474-81946 with:
* Your Order Number.
* Clear photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect product, including the outer packaging.

3. Refunds and Replacements
Once we review your query and the visual proof of the damaged/wrong item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund or replacement. 
* Replacements: If approved, a fresh product will be dispatched to your shipping address at no extra cost to you.
* Refunds: If you prefer a refund, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

4. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched from our facility. Once the order is shipped and a courier tracking ID is generated, cancellations or modifications will not be accepted.
